Paper cranes and fishing line

The mobile is finished!

I'm happy with it, but I've learnt some lessons for next time:

- A colour gradient would work better from top to bottom, not left to right as I've done with this one.

- Cranes of a uniform colour would look good and be easier to work with.
- A better way of attaching the cranes is needed. I've had a few fall off already as the cranes are slipping over the tiny beads I used.

Anyway, that's the first step in Project: Audrey's room.

So cute. I'm sure she's going to love it. If you have time you should make a few more for etsy.

I love it too. I bought a book on doing origami, supposedly for children, needless to say I just don't have an origami bone in my body, can't figure the darned things out.
