This is ... my trade secret
Don't turn on the television.
TV + couch + afghan + pillow + hot tea = zzzzzzzzzzz = no sewing
If the tv stays switched off then I manage to get some sewing done. Not every night .... I'm looking at you 'puter, aka time-vacuum ... but I'm getting there.
