
After rummaging through her summer clothes we discovered there were no dogs or bunnies or cats or any other fluffy critters to be found in the pile of shirts. How could that be? And so began my second attempt at applique.
This dog was inspired by the sausage dog t-shirt found here. I'm surprised how well it turned out. I was expecting trouble sewing onto knit fabric, but no dramas at all. This time I went for speed and zigzagged around the outline. No problems there either. Hurray!
Below is the wiggly model. I love that my wee girls enjoy wearing clothes that I've made (or embellished) for them. Yes, I know it won't last forever. Hopefully for at least a few more years though.
